What is the procedure for shipments?
When you need to have your equipment delivered directly to our facility, we offer a small staging area where equipment and other packages can be stored for up to seven business days (after which storage fees may be imposed). This area is available exclusively for the facilitation of the installation process.
Please note that phoenixNAP does not provide shipping services. You are solely responsible for ordering, packaging, shipping, and utilizing your shipper to have it picked up.
In order to ensure the security of your equipment or packages, we require 48-hour prior notice of any incoming shipments, along with a ticket number.

It is important to ensure that we have this information prior to the expected delivery date so that the delivery, and that all required information is printed on the shipping label as directed above.
